Delivery

Please see the following delivery acceptance details for all deliveries by our carrier.

 

 

Deliveries Monday to Friday

All day delivery                                      This is between the hours of 8.30am until 5.30pm.

Morning delivery                                   This is between the hours 8.30am until 12.00pm

Pre 10.30am                                        This is between the hours of 8.30am until 10.30am.

 

 

Please note the above are not timed deliveries, they are scheduled delivery slots.  We can not provide a timed delivery service by carrier.  All delivery slots differ in price.

If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the goods and a re-delivery needs to be arranged you will be charged for the re-delivery.

 

All boxes must be opened and checked for any damage before being signed for as "received in good condition".  We cannot claim for damaged goods if they are signed for in good condition.

 

If any goods received are damaged you can either accept the goods by signing for them as “damaged” or you can refuse to accept the goods.  Please notify us immediately if this happens.

Please note: NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGES CAN BE MADE IF GOODS ARE SIGNED FOR UNCHECKED AND ARE LATER FOUND TO BE DAMAGED

 

Also please note, on the day of delivery it is not possible to call prior to the delivery.

All day delivery This is between the hours of 8.30am until 5.30pm unless agreed with APC Limited.

 

With this service our driver can call on the day to advise an approximate delivery time.

 

All boxes must be opened and checked for any damage before being signed for as "received in good condition".  We can not claim for damaged goods if they are signed for in good condition.

 

If any goods received are damaged please refuse to accept the goods.  Please notify us immediately if this happens.
